The problem we exist to solve
India has crores of small and growing businesses: shops, agencies, brokers, traders, clinics, workshops and service providers. Most of them still keep their most important information on paper. Customer details are written in diaries, payments are noted in registers, bills are filed in folders, and follow-ups depend on someone remembering to make a call.
When records live on paper or in a spreadsheet on one computer, three things happen. Information gets lost, because a notebook can be damaged, misplaced or simply filled up and forgotten. Information gets stuck, because only the person holding the register or the laptop can see it. And information is hard to use, because finding one old bill or one customer's number can take longer than serving that customer.
These are not technology problems for the business owner. They are lost sales, missed payments and hours of wasted time every week.

Where we are starting
Our first product is Brokiva, built for real estate brokers and agencies. In real estate, enquiries arrive from many places, property details live in notebooks and phone galleries, and follow-ups are easy to forget. Brokiva brings properties, leads, site visits, deals, rentals, documents and WhatsApp conversations into one place that the whole team can use.
What we learn from each industry shapes the next product we build. Our long-term goal is simple: an Indian business owner should never have to search through a register again.
